About the product
・Because we use natural leather that retains the texture of the wild, there may be slight individual differences in color, luster, scars, and color unevenness.
・Due to the continuing rise in raw material costs, the retail price may change. In that case, we will be sure to notify you before the event is decided.
About transactions
・Basically, we ask that you trade under EXW conditions.
About ordering
・We will contact you about the selling price each time.
・There is no minimum order quantity.
・If you are considering purchasing, please contact us. We are accepting orders at any time.
About preparations for the event
・Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, even if they are minor.
・We will cooperate to the extent possible with any information you can provide, such as photos, to help with announcements, so please feel free to contact us.
・Samples are usually delivered 2-3 days before the event, but please contact us if you would like them delivered earlier.
・We will cover the shipping fee for samples up to ¥8,000. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cover any excess amount.
About footwear samples
・Some samples are of older specifications. Please be sure to check the differences from the current product in the list we will send you in advance.
・To prevent wear on the soles, please take photos indoors.
・If significant damage is found after the event, you may be required to pay for repairs. We would appreciate it if you could provide appropriate guidance to customers.
・In the unlikely event that a sample is lost, we will request compensation for any reason.
About product delivery
・The delivery date listed on the order sheet we will send you in advance is an estimate and may be delayed depending on the leather procurement situation, etc.
・Since delivery dates vary depending on the design, there are cases where delivery is divided into several parts. Basically, we charge for each delivery.
・If the delivery date is expected to be more than two months later than the stated delivery date, we will accept cancellations.
・The delivery note and invoice will be sent by email when the product is shipped.
About payment
・We ask that you pay at the end of the delivery month, and at the latest by the end of the month after the following month.
About returns and exchanges
・Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience.
・We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, but if any major scratches or stains are found, please contact us and we will repair or remake them as soon as possible. If it takes time, we will accept cancellations.
・We may not be able to compensate for products that have been delivered more than 10 days ago, products that have been in the hands of customers, or products that have been worn. Please note this in advance.
・In rare cases, sound may be generated by the movement of air inside the product or the wear of materials due to weight on the product. This phenomenon is called "otonari" and is considered to be a manufacturing issue, so if this phenomenon is found in a product immediately after delivery, it will be repaired free of charge, and if the product has been worn for a certain period of time, it will be repaired for a fee.
About repairs
・We accept repairs for all designs. If you have any problems such as replacing heels or soles, leather scratches, insoles or laces, please contact us first.
・We ask that you cover the shipping costs for both ways.
・After you send us your shoes, we will usually provide you with a quote and delivery date within one week after inspecting the shoes.
・In terms of shipping and delivery dates, we recommend that you use a general repair shop for half sole installation, rubber lift replacement, and partial scratch repair. For all-soles (outsole replacement) and rewelt (welt rewrapping), please ask us to do it, as each company will have different degrees of reproduction of the original construction.
