Terms and Conditions (Purchase)

About the product

・As natural leather that retains the texture of the wild is used, there may be slight individual differences in color, gloss, scars, and color unevenness.

・Due to the continuing rise in raw material costs, the retail price may change. In that case, we ask that you sell the items you have already purchased at the old price, and the items you order after the price change at the new price.

 

About transactions

・Basically, we ask that you trade under EXW conditions.

About orders

・We will contact you about the selling price each time.

・Please order 6 pairs or more per order (multiple designs are acceptable). If you would like to order 5 pairs or less for staff, please feel free to contact us.

・Please contact us if you are considering holding an order meeting.

 

Request for sales

・Please avoid selling at discounted prices.

About delivery

・The delivery date listed on the order sheet is an estimate and may be delayed depending on the leather procurement situation, etc.

・If the delivery date is expected to be more than two months later than the stated delivery date, we will accept cancellations.

・The delivery note and invoice will be sent by email when the product is shipped.

 


About payment

・We ask that you pay at the end of the delivery month, and at the latest by the end of the month after the following month.


About returns and exchanges

・We inspect all items carefully before shipping, but if any major scratches or stains are found, please contact us and we will repair or remake the item as soon as possible. If it takes time, we will accept cancellations.

・We may not be able to compensate for items that have been delivered more than 10 days ago, items that have been in the hands of customers, or items that have been worn. Please note this in advance.

・In rare cases, sound may be generated by the movement of air inside the item or the wear of materials due to weight on the item. This phenomenon is called "otonari" and is considered a manufacturing error, so if this phenomenon is found in a product immediately after delivery, it will be repaired free of charge, and if the product has been worn for a certain period of time, it will be repaired for a fee.

About repairs

・We accept repairs for all designs. If you have any problems, such as replacing heels or soles, leather scratches, insoles or laces, please contact us first.

・We ask that you cover the shipping costs for both ways.

・After contacting us, please send us your shoes, and we will usually provide you with a quote and delivery date within one week after checking the actual item.

・In terms of shipping and delivery time, we recommend that you use a general repair shop for half sole installation, rubber lift replacement, partial scratch repair, etc. All soles (outsole replacement) and rewelt (welt rewinding) are different from company to company in terms of the reproduction of the original construction, so please ask us.
